Silverado Estates Property Owners Association Inc. is a Texas Non-profit Corporation managed by an elected board of directors consisting of three volunteer property owner representatives. We are located 9 miles west of Dripping Springs, off Hwy 290.
Our goals include protecting our property investment, preserving the rights of all property owners, and making Silverado Estates a great place to live in the beautiful Texas Hill County.
Silverado Estates POA is a mandatory POA. All property owners become automatic members. We welcome member involvement to make our neighborhood a safe and friendly place to live.

Silverado Estates Property Owners Annual Meeting
Held on: Saturday August 12, 2023
Time: 2:00 pm
Place: Henly Baptist Church – Fellowship Hall
In the Annual Meeting the Board of Directors provided a Financial Report update as well as Architectural Review update. A Board of Directors election was held with one change to replace Ariel Fuentez with Stephen Shipman. Larry Corley and Eric Pohl will continue to serve on the Board for another term.
